Arrival
If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to fill out your client form and prepare for the session. All services offered have a scheduled duration and your early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
Cancellation policy
At Imagine Day Spa, we understand that sometimes things come up in life. However if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule
made less than 24hrs notice will result in a fee of
50% of the reserved appointment value.
Late cancellations (less than 6 hours notice) will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved appointment value.
No Show
A missed or no-show appointment will result in a fee of
100% of the reserved appointment.
Repetitive no shows will require a non-refundable prepayment of the next booked appointment
Automatic appointment reminder text and/or email are sent out to you
24 hours prior to your appointment.
Late Arrival
As a courtesy to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, and we are therefore unable to accommodate you, the same late cancel/no show fee of 100% will apply.
We will do our best to still accommodate you, however late arrivals will not receive time extension of scheduled appointments, unless our schedule allows.

Children Policy
It is our policy to not allow children over 6 months old. Please understand this environment is not conducive for children.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct is unacceptable. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of this scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on payments, deposits or gift certificates for services. Any credits will be applied to your next scheduled appointment.
